Registration
How do I register my player?
Use the Register Now button on any page to register as a coach or player.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $50 per player.
Can my child register without already having a team?
Yes. Players may register individually. NWCC will work to place them based on eligibility, available coaches, and open roster space.
What do I need?
Please have a copy of your birth certificate to upload. You only have to upload it once and it will follow your player for as long as she plays kickball.

Eligibility & Placement
What age groups can participate?
NWCC is offering Rookies through Teenage divisions (ages 3-18). Register for the division your player would be playing in Spring 2027. If you have any questions, you can use this age matrix to determine your player's age division. Spring 2027 Age Matrix ›
How will I know which team my child is assigned to?
NWCC will contact the parent or guardian after coaches, rosters, and assignments are finalized.
Can friends or siblings request the same team?
Families may submit a request, but placement cannot be guaranteed because roster balance and available space must be considered. However, We will do our best to accomodate all requests.
Season Information
Games & Scheduling
When does the season begin and end?
The planned season dates are September 21 through November 13.
What days will games be played?
Games are planned for Mondays and Thursdays.
When will the complete schedule be posted?
The schedule will be posted after registration closes, coaches are confirmed, and rosters are finalized.

How will parents receive league updates?
Updates will be sent by email through our registration portal on Facebook and through the coaches.
